The lesson I’ve learnt is NOT to wait till we get birthday or party invitations before scrambling around shopping for nice dresses. That’s what happened with the wedding we had to attend recently. If you ask me, I’d say no, not by the hair on your chinny chin chin unless you’re hoping to sneak by your boss while he/she is on the sleeping pill. Typically for office wear, the skirt should be just at the knee and the shoulders should be covered up.
