Handmade Pitoka Tray review and #giveaway
With the holidays just around the corner, wouldn’t it be nice to serve your cookies and small bakes in an exotic wooden tray rather than the same old? Well, this Pitoka Tray is just perfect for the job.
It’s actually three trays in one. Because these trays are made by hand (in the Philippines), no two trays are exactly the same. Just look at the grains on each one. Aren’t they gorgeous? I also love that the workmanship is excellent and the tray is very smooth and polished.
The “Pitoka” gets its name from a Finnish word meaning “long” and it is based on a Scandinavian design. Now tell me, how much more exotic can it get?
There’s so many ways you can use this tray. I’ll be using mine to serve bite-sized snacks and hors d’oeuvres over the holiday season. This would be great too as a decorative plate to place on your foyer table for keys, coins and other small miscellaneous items. In fact, you’re limited only by your imagination.
Time Concept has a wide range of unusual items like this that would make great gifts for the holidays and other special occasions, or as corporate gifts even.
